Santorini or Thira is the island located in the southern Aegean Sea, in the Cycladic islands. The history of Santorini is one of the most beautiful stories of the eternal struggle of man and nature. From volcanic eruptions of ancient times that connected Santorini with the myth of the lost Atlantis until the recent earthquakes.
